continue working for the resumption of the TE 2011.
Day 05/04 Tuesday held a meeting at the DGSE (General Directorate of Services to Schools) with its Director, Lucas Inccico, which was attended by Maximiliano Gulmanelli (UACE - Support Unit Learning Community), Mr. Horacio Badaracco (Rector of the ENSLV), members of the DGSE and the Cooperative Association of our School, Daniel Adatto, Cristian Gustavo Cejas and Breitbart.
This meeting will formally read "favorable rulings" (approval) by the Ministry of Education GCBA that are granted to the Cooperative on loan spaces of the school will use the workshops.
In such orders, the authorities the ministry asked:
- Definition of the spaces used by the various workshops.
- Model Parents affidavit exempting from liability for accidents to authorities.
- Model affidavit of workshops with all documentation of labor adjustment envisaged in the new relationship rule.
- Model agreement between workshops and Coop Assoc. for the transfer of space on a loan.
Subsequent steps are:
1. Presentation of the documentation requested in the preceding paragraphs. This is given to the Rector of the ENSLV so that, in turn, raises it to his superiors.
2. Meeting to review / approve the documents on Thursday at 16.00 Hrs in the Ministry.
Therefore, we look forward to conduct the meeting with legal representatives of the Ministry to formalize these measures.
Having completed the procedure, inform the next steps.
