Dear Families
As anticipated a few days ago this half and through the delegates system of our School, on March 31 the Family Autoconvocados (FA) raised a note to the Minister of Education of the City of Buenos Aires, Mr. Esteban Bullrich , requesting a meeting to discuss the issue of school workshops (TE) .
As a result of this order, the past Friday, April 15, the FA received an invitation from Mr. Maximiliano Gullmanelli , responsible Support Unit Learning Community (UDACE) called for a meeting, which took place yesterday, Tuesday, April 26, the Ministry of Education GCBA, and Mr. Gullmanelli attended and seven parents of our school.
At first, Mr. Gullmanelli parents gave them present an account of the steps were carried out so far from the Chancellor and the Cooperative Association (AC) of our School, and treatment and monitoring that was given to the problem of the TE by the agency that he represents ( all these instances were duly detailed in this series of notes issued hereby ).
With the consultation of parents to know what instance is drafting and / or approval documentation proposal to give continuity to the TE (Comodato, Agreements and Affidavits of parents and workshop), Mr. Gullmanelli reported that t All models presented at the last meeting were approved by the General Management and Coordination of Legal and Institutional (DGCLEI), although he made some brief corrections the standard contract signed between the Cooperative Association and workshops, which were recently sent by e-mail to the leaders of our AC , responsible for such wording, for evaluation and possible correction (*). So once they are approved these amendments and sent back to the DGCLEI , is expected during the next few days this body issue favorably, and an estimated period of a week to ten days, the Chancellor of our school would receive the documents to proceed to the corresponding signatures from the workshops, the AC and families, to kick off the 2011 school workshops.
Notably, at all times Mr. Gullmanelli demonstrated the political will of the Ministry that TE but continue to work with the relevant regulatory framework , stating that:
- In a first stage the bailment shall be signed by a trial period to ensure the operation thereof, and in the course of which will be making adjustments as necessary.
- Only part of the Spangenberg TE students.
- The CA must have a Fund Solidarity that gives scholarships to disadvantaged students who can not cope with the monthly workshops.
On the other hand, thanked the parents present space given to them to accompany Authorities managing and JI to this problem, and took the opportunity to manifest as members of our school community concerned about this and many other problems in our institution , stating among all some of the most urgent issues to resolve :
- and ancient electrical system collapsed (you need to change board new electrical wiring)
- Statement on classroom windows: it needs cleaning, maintenance and restoration of metalwork.
- Cerco Edge: already raised the perimeter wall works that timely requested but was not taken into account that
columns lighting the Plaza Las Heras were glued to it, which are used to
climb the wall from the outside. Therefore you are asked to run these columns approx. 2 mts. into the square.
- landscaped survey: more frequent shipping crews deal with the pruning of trees, palm trees and lawns taking into account the amount and variety scorpion species of insects found this product called on the sewer construction that formerly belonged to the prison located in this estate.
- Renovation of Ground Floor Bathrooms: Understanding that these bathrooms are used primarily by students in 1st grade and also for all students attending the TE and the Middle Level and Tertiary, it is urgent repairs to its new (as did the AC and the toilets on the 1st and 2nd floor). It is clarified that the AC with parents have generated revenue to fund this work, be a need for assistance from labor GCBA Infrastructure.

It is therefore requested to make the subfloor School Infrastructure, without which it is impossible to place the shock-absorbing material needed.
- Comprehensive Clean establishment: currently (as stated by Mr. Gullmanelli) our school has the number of auxiliary waste disposal authority, beyond the normal licensing or passive tasks in any institution, which should reach to keep the building hygiene.
Mr. Gullmanelli and his assistant took careful note of all these claims and agreed to undertake a further meeting with the Family Self-Organized within the next 10 or 15 days , in order to provide a response to these issues and waiting by then already working TE normally.
As always, keep you informed of progress of management.
