Dear Families,

As reported in note "school workshops - Meeting with the Rector" Mr. H. Families Badaracco Autoconvocados granted the requested meeting to discuss the issue that concerns us all.

The meeting was attended by approximately 50 mothers and fathers, can enter the office of Rector 25 people among which were the Autoconvocados Family Group (made at the meeting of 17/03), workshop and interested parents .

In yesterday we were informed that the Rector said granting such a meeting to discuss the 2011 school workshops. It will Wednesday morning March 23 , to 10.13 hs.

Dear Families,

From the difficult situation that is going through the little tongue by NO reboot of our 2011 school workshops, we believe keep us informed, will be the way to get involved in a problem that affects us all.

described below, briefly, what happened so far and at recent meetings of parents.

Firstly, as reported in the previous note , the Steering Committee for Cooperative, presented a proposal to the Authority and the Management School General Schools Services (DGSE), the Ministry of Education. This proposal is being assessed by the Ministry. Yet we receive no response. It was established as the deadline for that response on April 1.

In parallel, a group of parents, also very concerned and involved in this issue, convened a first meeting on Thursday 3 / 03, with an audience of about 35 people. After this instance called a second meeting was held last Thursday, 17/03, 20 to 21.30 hours, where about 70 people attended.

At this meeting, as a methodology of work, decided that there was a moderator opened the floor to those who sought to intervene.

As a first proposal formed a parents group that will coordinate activities among the various stakeholders in the Community. As a first task group was formed email to stay connected. That same night

It is public knowledge, Spangenberg community is facing a difficult situation by no resumption of school workshops 2011.

recently published this note in which it clarifies the origin of the conflict and reported what measures are being carried out to find an expeditious solution to this situation.

However, I approached this release, prepared by a group of parents autoconvocados , who requested our collaboration for public release:

Thursday 3 / 11 a large group of parents met at the door of the school to address the situation raised by the Chancellor's refusal to allow the start of the workshops.

we learned of the efforts made by the Board of Cooperative, after meetings with the Rector Badaracco, met with the Ministry of Education GCBA agreeing to the submission of a project for the operation in good standing of the workshops and brought up the request for a temporary authorization for the workshops during 2011. After the presentation, it is estimated within approximately 10 days for a response.

Given this, we agreed on the need to intensify efforts to convince the authorities of our School and the Ministry, as we are part of the educational community, in parallel with the efforts being made.

For this, WE NEED EVERYONE'S PARTICIPATION IN SPITE of what works and I have little time. So we decided

This note aims to inform our community about school workshops (TE) and the present in which we are involved, as well as set the position of this CD on the issue.

First we want to inform you that for more than 20 years the TE were developed as a school activity, initiated by proposals from the same authorities, and historically the Cooperative Association was limited to assisting in the coordination and Grant perception of the workshops in compensation for the space provided by the institution.

We note here that the Cooperative Association has no power to authorize the operation of the TE.

Making a development of the situation, on 13/12/2010, which was the last meeting of 2010 on Cooperative Board of Directors of the new Rector of the ENSLV "Sophie B. Spangenberg "Horacio Badaracco sent a note where we made explicit the intention that the workshops regularize their status.
